We work from a straightforward pricing schedule so you know exactly what you’ll be paid ahead of time. If for any reason there is a change order, we pay by the hour.

Beyond typical certifications, licensing, and warranty requirements, we look deeply at the size of your team, your reputation, and the experience of your business. We want to make sure that you’ll do an excellent job for clients and we’re a good fit for your business.

It depends on experience and capacity, but you can expect to start with a several jobs in the first month and grow as much as you’d like.

Zero Homes believes in bringing as much value to our contractor partners as we do our customers. That’s why we created the Contractor Loyalty Program.
We regularly offer bonuses and incentives to contractors in Good Standing that refer leads and other partners to us.
To be eligible, contractors must be onboarded to the Zero Homes contractor network, which requires:
Meeting our detailed vetting criteria & quality standards
Successfully complete an HVAC or heat pump installation in partnership with Zero Homes
Maintain updated insurance and licensing
